How to make a new pakistani passport?

I'm a pakistani and I lost my passport. I'm currently living in Baise. Could anyone please tell me what am I supposed to do, what is the procedure and how much would it cost? It's really urgent, please.

Abeer, you should first report your loss to the local public security bureau and then the police will issue a loss certificate to you. And then take the loss certificate to the consulate general of Pakistan in Guangzhou to apply for a new passport.
After getting the new passport, go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB in Baise to apply for the entry permit.
As for the fee for new passport, you’d better contact with the consulate general to ask about it. Address: Room No. 705-06, Grand Tower , No. 228 Tianhe Road, Guangzhou.
