Is there any transport, shuttle bus from Wuxi Airport to Suzhou directly?

We will reach Wuxi airport about 9.30pm in the night.

Yes. However, the last bus departs at 20:30. You cannot catch it.
Thus upon landing, you are suggested to take shuttle bus line 1 to Wuxi Railway Station for CNY 5 (about 45 minutes). Then, take a train to SZ (15 to 30 minutes).
Or, you may stay at the airport or downtown area, and leave for SZ on the next early morning.
