About:China Visa Fees

My wife is Chinese, and we have been married almost 6 years. She went back to China for 10 weeks.

I live in the USA. She went back to PRC, and wants to stay longer then 3 month. She has a Resident card and green card. How long can she stay in PRC and what penalties are there if she over-stays?

Scott, if your wife is Chinese and holds Chinese passport, she can stay in PRC as long as she wants to. She won’t overstay or be punished.

What about when she tries to come back to the USA and it has been over 3 months? Will she be allowed the re-enter or will there be fines? Thanks in advance.

As you said she has US residence card and green card, when she comes back to USA, as long as the residence card and green card don’t expire, she can enter USA without problems. In this case, there won’t be any fines.
