About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

Visit Japan for Conference

I am Riskhan, Sri Lankan Passport holder, Studying Wuhan in China. I want to visit Japan for attend the conference. The japan immigration website mentioned, that i have to submit my document to Beijing embassy due to stay in hubei province. Is it possible to submit my document to Consulate General in Guangzhou ?

Yes, you have to submit the documents to the embassy in Beijing because you don't live within the consular district of the Consulate General in Guangzhou.

Thank you gary. i have another question. my friends told me, in Beijing has the document collecting center for processing the japan visa. Anyone know that place address and phone number ?
