About:China Train

Paid, need to upload documents. Website not working.

I have already paid. My tracking number is T160512350. I need to upload my passport images. Your website is not letting me do it. Plus, your numbers in China are not working! Please refund my money or let me know how I can upload my documents, right away. Since my train leaves at 4 pm today.
