About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Airline staff

Hi I am airline staff. If I book a standby ticket LHR-PEK and then return via HKG am I eligible for 72 hours visa free-transit.

Rob, as long as you hold a confirmed (not standby) flight ticket from PEK to HKG, it doesn't matter that you take a standby ticket from UK to PEK. You can still make use of the 72h free transit scheme.
