According to the previous statistics, the temperature may range from 70 F to 95 F in that month. The climate won't be so hot at that time. There may mainly have cloudy and rainy days. In general, it would be cool and comfortable. So it's for you to tour around there in August. Have fun!

This is my home town and I can say that while the temperature may not appear high in August, at around 90 max, the humidity makes it extremely uncomfortable, without ac you will be sweating just by sitting outside and it feels somewhat like a oven/sauna.
