About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Date limit for applying temporary resident permit

Hi
Am dhinakaran indian citizen, my VISA expires on 14.05.2016, i have only short time (4-days) to apply for temporary resident permit, Due to some offical delay i still didnt got the documents from my empolyer, any one can help me, what i can do next

Hi dear, if you can submit the application for your residence permit to the local exit and entry adminsitration office before 14.05.2006, it will be fine. If you can't, you had better exit, otherwise, you may overstay.
