Finnish citizen applying for visa to China in Seoul

I am a Finnish citizen travelling in Japan and Korea over comming weeks. Now I should also visit Beijing on the way back to Europe. Can I apply for the entry permit at the consulate in Seoul? Do they offer an express service, I only have three days in Seoul. Thank you!

Pekka, the CVASC in Seoul provides the urgent service which only takes one working day, but if you don’t have ARC card in Korea, it’s not easy for you to apply for it from there. And as you said, you just have three days there, I think it’s too risky. You’d better apply for it in your home country or country of residence ahead of your trip.
