Weather in Guangzhou, Shenzhen; Wuhan; Xian, Chongching

Now Fujian is in deep flood. is it safe to travel to these places from now till end May 2016?

Still cannot tell the date far from now, but they seems tend to rainy day for the following week. Guangzhou, shenzhen rains a lots these days and many flights got cancelled.
