Oh yes, I know at least two halal restos near the hotel: one is Mukam Halal Restaurant at B3, China Southern Sky Pearl Express Hotel, Middle East 3rd Ring Road (very close to Avic Building); the other is Wangasi Muslim Restaurant, on 19F, Wanda Plaza, no. 93, Jianguo Road, around 900yd away.0
