After arrival at HKIA, where do I board a shuttle bus to Sav hotel ? Should I ask from the counter?

Oh, the counter of ur hotel shuttle service is at Counter B01, Arrival Hall, T2. U need to walk there and ask about the boarding site and schedules. You'd better reserve in avance by calling your hotel.
