We are travelling from YYZ to TPE but we have unusually itinerary OCT 10 YYZ-TPE (arrive 5am) then depart from TPE(10;10am)-PVG(arrive12:05) stay in Shanghai for 3 days OCT14 PVG-TPE  OCT29 TPE-YYZTHank you

Eathon, as you fly from TPE to PVG and then back to TPE, this route is not classed as a valid transit route, so you don't qualify for 144hrs free transit.
