About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Is the visa only entry exit or domestic travel

We plan a 2 WK trip to China while our son studies in Shanghai. We plan on Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, and Yunnan then fly out of HK. Do we need more than 1 entry or specifics (dates destinations of domestic travel) for visa?

Sandy, you only need a single-entry L type for this travel. When you travel in other cities, your L type can still be used. It allows you to travel within mainland PRC.
