About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

How exactly do I get the form?

So I'll be flying into Pudong Airport from Hong Kong. It says to inform our flight carrier and they'll do the rest. Do we tell them when checking in at HKIA? Or do we just do it at Pudong? Also, where exactly do we go once we arrive in Pudong? Do we have to notify our hotel or anything or go to the police station?

You should inform the carrier when you board the plane in HK airport.
After you arrive in Pudong airport, you should go to the transit counter to handle the relevant procedures to apply for the 144 hour free transit.
When you check in at a hotel, the hotel will report your accommodation to the local police station. You need to present your passport and other documents.
