About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Foreigner need to be married to get spouse visa?

I am about to begin working in China and would like to know what type i should be for my GF to stay with me?
She will not be working....Can you still get a spouse type if not married?

Please help....

If you two don’t get married, your girlfriend cannot apply for the spouse type. Considering your situation, I think your girlfriend can apply for tourist L type to stay with you.
