I will have to catch a flight on Sunday morning at PVG. Need to be at the airport by 9am the latest.Is there any affordable transfer by car opportunities?First bus from Suzhou is at 7am. I won't have enough time right?

Well, yes, you cannot take the long-distance bus from Suzhou to PVG at that morning. Otherwise, you will miss the flight. You are suggested to go to SH one day before from Suzhou. Then take a taxi to the the airport in the early morning. Notably, you need to arrive at PVG 2 hours in advance.
