Visa application hours

I am an American citizen. I want to travel to Beijing at the end of June, and need to apply for a Visa. Can visa applications be made in the afternoon hours?

Dear, as far as I know, usually, the embassy accepts the application from 09:00 – 12:00. So I’m afraid you cannot submit your application in the afternoon hours.
