hangzhou airpot to tunxi by bus

Question

My plane will arrive at 3:20 pm. I plan to take airport shuttle to the west bus station, and catch the last bus at 6:20pm to Tunxi.  Given the traffic in this city, do you think I have enough time to go from the airport to west bus station? Can someone please confirm the last bus is at 6:20?
