is there train connect from hongkong to guangzhou?

Yes, there are many direct trains between Hung Hom, HK and GZ East Station. The schedules are from 07:25 to 20:01 with the duration of nearly 2 hours. The ticket fare of first class seat is CNY183 and VIP Seat CNY218. :)
