You can take a bus to Luanchuan from Main Bus Station which located at No. 71. Daonan Road. It is to the opposite of the Main Railway Station, so you can easily find it.
The buses are scheduled at 13:00, 14:00, and 15:00. The fare is CNY38 per person. Upon arrival, take a taxi to the mountain for CNY 20-30 in usual time.4
