About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Can I require 'proof of no criminal record' letter from consulate office at Wisma OSK?

How many days the require needed? Can I require the letter by email or I have to attend in person. Because now I'm in China,hope to collect the letter when back to Malaysia.

The consular office cannot issue the proof of no criminal record to you and you should get it from Consular Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia, and it takes about 14 days. You can request it by mail or go there in person.
After you get it, you should get it attested by the consulate office. You can go there in person or entrust someone else to do it for you. And the attestation usually takes 4 working days.
