About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

My flight is July 4,2016.. LAX Stopover to Gouangzhou lay over is 13hrs. Do we need a visa?

If you fly from country A, stop over Guangzhou for 13 hours, and then fly to country B, you can enjoy the 24-hour direct transit policy.
