Weather and temperature of Yulong Snow Mountain towards end June

I'll be visiting the place during that period and would like to know (1) the weather - the probability of raining based on past records (2) the temperature (3) suitable attire - as I will be bringing a 4 year old kid along. Also, is oxygen tank a must to buy?
