Student Visa Application in Lagos

Hi Charis! The consulate office in Lagos issues student X type entry permit. If you live within the consular district of it, you don't need to go to the embassy in Abuja because you can apply from Lagos. You should apply for an X1 type. The cost is 8000 nairas. Besides the documents listed above, you should prepare your passport and a copy of it, as well as a completed application form attached with a passport-sized color photo of yourself.

Charis, the PRC government scholarship recipients still need to pay for the entry permit.
It usually takes 4 working days to get it after the interview.
There is no direct flight from Lagos to Changchun. You can take a flight from Lagos to Dubai or Frankfurt. Then from there take a flight to Beijing or Guangzhou. Then take a train or flight from the city to Changchun.

Actually, there are flights from Lagos to Beijing. From there, you navigate by plane/train to Changchun.
