About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

What is the best octopus card to buy in Hong Kong? We will going to there for 3 days only.

We will be staying at L' Hotel causeway bay. Our ONLY iterinary is going to disneyland with my 2 year old daughter.
Surely we will take the express train from airport to hk station (vice versa).

Well, according to your situation, you don't need to purchase the AE Travel Pass. Your daughter can enjoy the free public transportation. Thus you can buy one Standard Octopus and recharge some money. About the AE Trip, just buy the ticket seperately.

to clarify i will purchase the AE seprately for me and my wife? how much the ticket for both of us for a round trip ticket? our sched is may 19-21. how much cost for the standard octopus card for me and my wife? your prompt response is appreciated

Your daughter can ride free. The round trip ticket from HKIA to HK Station costs HKD 180 per adult. To get a standard octopus card, you need to pay HKD 50 as the refundable deposit, and HKD 100 as the minimum initial stored value. Of course, the card can be used for one person, so you need to get two.

By the way, you can use the standard octopus card to ride on AE train. Just add more value to the card for your convenience. :)
