About:Shenzhen Airport Shuttle Bus & City-Bus

I have a flight to tonight at 10pm. I'm catching the ferry at 6pm to shekou.

What's the fastest way to arrive to the Shenzhen Airport?

Oh, your time is tight. You need to hurry up because you'd better to arrive at the airport 2 hours before the flight departure.
After arriving at Shekou Port, you are have to take a taxi (about 40 minutes) ASAP. The fare may be CNY 100-110 at that time.
