About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Where can i add money to my Shanghai public transportation card at the pudong airport?

Will anyone there a place be able to speak english?

1. You can add value to the card at the Ticketing Window of the Metro Station at PVG.
2. Yes, the staff can speak some basic English. In addition, there are clear English guiding signs for your convenience. Don't worry!
