Well, I cannot find the English booking page on its official website. However, you can try to dial 029-81399127 and consult the staff. If you cannot book them in advance, just arrive there early and buy the entrance tickets at the spot. :)1

yeah, on B1 floor of North Railway Station, you can buy the entrance ticket. Then you can enjoy the free bus to the museum directly.0
