I went to the local embassy twice. Even with my letter of invitation and willingness to pay for express, they would not accept my application form and I would not see the consul. What do you advise me to do. If there is an agency I can get to. I have to travel, if I get the visa, on May 4th, 2016.

Ernest, if so, you are advised to find an agency to apply it for you; if your application is accepted and dealt with, it usually takes 4 working days for the process. But the Labor Day is coming soon, the embassy may be closed. Of course, you can choose the express service which takes 2 working days, or rush service which only takes one working day. So it’s possible for you to get it on May 4th.
