About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

From Pudong Airport to Tangqiao Residential District close to midnight.

Based on info on the website Subway and Maglev operate until 10:11 p.m. and my flight arrives at 11:15 p.m. + luggage claim etc.
The only solution is TAXI? Or Hotel Shuttle Bus/Transfer or something different?

No, taxi is not the only choice. According to your landing time, you can also take shuttle bus Night Line, get off at Century Avenue Station first. The service hours of this route are from 23:00 (T1), 23:05 (T2) till 45 minutes after the last flight. So you can catch it.
After arriving, take a taxi to the destination directly. The cab fare is about CNY 25 at night.
Besides, if you take the taxi from PVG directly, it cost CNY 190 to CNY 200 at that time.
