Do we need to buy tickets of Terracotta Warriors Museum before we arrive Xian?

We will only be in there a short while we have one day when we will see the museum can we purchase our entrance tickets online prior to arriving to be sure we can go to the museum?

I think there is no need to book the tickets in advance unless you will visit the museum during festivals or holidays. You can purchase the tickets on the spot upon arrival.
