I will be exploring Shanghai for one day (from cruise ship) and disembarking the cruise in Beijing

I will be exploring Shanghai for one day (from cruise ship) and disembarking the cruise in Beijing where I will be overnighting for 2 nights. What type of visa is required and where do I find out cost please? I am an Australian citizen

Hi there! I’m afraid you need to apply for a double-entry tourist visa for your entry to Shanghai and Beijing. It costs AUD 139.5. You can find the relevant fee information at the official website of Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
