Hainan VOA for a Russian tourist travelling from HK

Hello, my friend (Russian) is planning to arrive at Haikou from Hong Kong by air. Can be there any problems with obtaining Hainan VOA at Haikou Meilan Airport since she has round-trip ticket to Hong Kong?

Hi there! It’s possible for her to get VOA in Hainan. The round trip tickets to HK won’t cause any problem.
