About:Getting to Kunming

Is there any bus from Kunming direct to Huay Xai (Laos) ?

-Please advice How can I take a bus to Huay xai? And How much the price ticket?
-What is the bus number from Jinmafang to south bus station ?

1. Yes, you can take a direct bus to Huay Xai from South Bus Station. As I know, the only long-distance bus departs at 19:00. And the trip takes about 14 hours. The fare is CNY 380 per person.

2. From Jinmafang Station, you may take bus no. 98 to Beijing Intersection (South Ring Road) Bus Stop. Then, change to subway line 1 to South Bus Station directly.

No, they are different.
I found that the bus to Luang Prabang departs at 18:30 from South Bus Station. The fare is CNY 398 per person. The trip takes about 17 hours.
