About:Getting to Kunming

They say that there is bus to Huay Xai (Laos-Thai border) from Kunming.

If it's truth, what's bus station and time of departure the bus ? Please, comment.

Yes, as I know, the schedule from South Bus Station is at 19:50. The duration is 13 to 14 hours.
