Pudong Airport to Yangpu District during rush hour?

Hello, I'm trying to find out what is the best eat to go from Pudong Airport to Yangpu District, specifically Jiangpu Rd & Kongjiang Rd. Since I am arriving during rush hour (4:30 pm on a weekday) I don't want to take the subway as I imagine it will be crazy. I was thinking of taking the Maglev to Longyang station and maybe catching something else? Is there anything that I can lug around a large backpack and a carryon suitcase in that won't be crazy crowded? Or should I just take a taxi? I'm just trying to save money as well. Thank you.

Yes, the subway may be very crowded. But if you take a taxi, there is a great possibility it will be stuck in the traffic jams. Maybe the best way is taking airport shuttle bus, which will go along main road and the possibility of traffic jams is lower. From airport, you can take shuttle bus line 4 to Deping Road and Pujiang Avenue, which is not far from your final destinantion; duration is about 70 minutes and ticket price is CNY 16. After, take a taxi to your final destiantion; duration is about 20 minutes and ticket fare is CNY 25. Ask the taxi driver to avoid the stuck roads if possible.
