visa at shenzhen

Hi, I'm Malaysian.  I will go to shenzhen by flight from Malaysia.Shall I apply the VOA at the airport?

It’s not easy for you to get VOA at the airport. So if time is enough, you’d better apply for a normal visa in advance.
