About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

In transit in T3 of beijing airport - is visa to China required?

Arriving PEK (international flight) with El Al at T3, connecting/continuing 3 hours later from T3 with Air China to Seoul, Korea - is visa to China needed?
