For work, it should be a smooth year. Your excellent work abilities would probably be approved, which may help you strive for a great progress in career.
As for the family life, you should make some time from the busy work to stay with them. A few family trips will certainly bind you tightly.
There won't be severe illness bothering you. But if you drive, you should be careful on the road to avoid any possible accident.

If you are single, you may get married this year; if married, you may welcome a new family member this year. I did not see any other glaring changes.
