I need 2 bus tickets from West bus station Hangzhou to Mt.Huangshan. How can buy these tickets?

You can book the ticket at the official website of HZ Long-distance Transport Group Co., Ltd. However, the booking system is doesn't have English version.
So you can just buy the ticket on the spot upon arrival.
By the way, the buses are scheduled at 8:00, 9:50, 10:50, 12:40, 14:10, 15:10, and 17:45, and the trip takes about 4 hours. The fare is CNY 98 or 112 per person.1
