No reply got yet even 6 days passed

Hi I m Sara I did send a message before few days also sally from south aferica did reply that I ll get call from embassy in four working days but it's more then seven working days passed from the day I was in embassy and they kept my documents while saying we ll inform u on phone soon ...... What should I do now ???? Coz the numbers which they r giving on website , not even one of them works ... How I can ask from them ??? Coz my hometown is so far from the county where Chinese embassy is , it's difficult for me to go to embassy... Is there antithetical way to ask from them ????

Sara, my advice is that you should wait patiently and not worry about that. The embassy will call you if the approval result comes out. Sometimes, you may need to wait more than four working days because the consular officer will determine whether to issue the entry permit on a case-by-case base.
