About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

working visas

is it not possible to work in China on a business M type? My sister and I are going there but some employers tell me we need BA degrees for Z type and some tell us we won't..does it just depend on the school? We are looking for jobs for 4-5 months so what would be our best option?

Lucy, actually you can conduct short-term on an M type. If it's longer than two months, you had better apply for a Z type. As I know, it's right that many cities require BA degrees for Z types. Maybe some schools have their way to get through it. You should be careful not to be tricked.
