About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Can i use for Airport Express on 1st day and start using MTR on 2nd day?

And my 3 days unlimited will start on 2nd day morning with 72hrs until 4th day night?

Yes. The three days unlimited ride starts from the recorded entry time of first MTR ride, and lasts for 72 hours.
So you can start on 2nd day and the free MTR will last until the 4th day. :)
