Please can I know. need to apply a z visa to my brother..? He is 20 years old.

I'm afraid you can't apply for the Z type for him. Many Chinese cities require a bachelor's degree and at least two years of working experience for alien employees.0

~some agencies can still get the work Z type for you even though you don't have work experience... illegally
