May I apply for a Chinese entry permit while I'm in traveling in Buenos Aires even though I'm a citizen of the United States? Thank you,Janet

Yes, Janet, it's possible to apply for it when you are in Buenos Aires. In addition to the regular application documents, you need to provide the original and a copy of your entry permit for the country.
