About:Visa Policy of China

Visa.for Sanya

We are on the Legend of the Seas cruise ship that docks on April 28th 2017 from 14hrs to 22.00 hrs.
Will we require a china entry permit for this short stay.? We have a US passport.

May I know where the ship will head to after the stopover in Sanya? If it heads to a third country or region instead of the last one you departed, you don’t need to apply for an entry permit because you qualify for the 24 hour direct transit. Otherwise, you need to apply for one ahead of time.
