Take bus line 1 from East Railway Station to Waimao Dasha (Foreign Trade Building) Station. The trip takes about 40 minutes. The bus fare is CNY 1.
Upon arrival, walk east for about 200 yards, and turn right. Walk south for about 550 yards to the hotel. ;)0
