I am planing to visit HongKong in May End.

Will it be right time to visit Consdering Rainy Spell?

Well, the typhoon season usually lasts from late May to mid September when it may be hot and humid, and rains often. So, you are advised to bring forward your plan a little bit. April or early May will be better choices. :)
