There is a 30 days of Free entry and I do have relatives working in Macau and I am too willing to stay and work. So, can you please give me the best available options to stay and work there? Also, do I need to obtain a travel visa or how can the 30 days of free entry be best used?

Prasant, you are not allowed to work there if you enjoy free entry to go there.
You should first find a company in Macau to hire you and then you need to apply for a work entry permit in your home country. After that, you can go there and work there.
